If they do not match, here are the only other options accepted (dated within 30 days or less of contract; cell phone bill, bank statement, current pay stub, current vehicle registration, current gun permit).
2 References – name, address, phone number (address cannot be same as primary customer)
Please note that there will be a 3.5% processing fee charged to all credit/debit card transactions.
