Return Guidelines

At MLE Trailer Solutions, we want every customer to feel confident before making a purchase. Please review our return guidelines below before purchasing a trailer, part, accessory, or special-order item.

Trailer Sales

All trailer sales are final once paperwork is completed, payment is accepted, and the trailer leaves our lot. Because trailers are titled equipment, we are unable to accept returns on trailers after delivery or pickup.

Parts & Accessories

Unused parts and accessories may be eligible for return within 7 days of purchase, as long as the item is in new, unused condition and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or installed parts
  • Electrical parts or wiring components
  • Special-order trailers or custom-ordered items
  • Clearance, discounted, or final-sale items
  • Items damaged after purchase

Special Orders

Special-order trailers, custom builds, deposits, and ordered inventory are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed to in writing by MLE Trailer Solutions.

Warranty Issues

Trailer warranty claims are handled according to the manufacturer's warranty policy. MLE Trailer Solutions will help guide customers through the warranty process when applicable.

Return Approval

All returns must be approved by MLE Trailer Solutions before the item is brought back. Approved returns may be subject to inspection and may be refused if the item is used, damaged, missing packaging, or not eligible under this policy.
